Up to 4 strands can be used for cored as well as solid wire with following specification:-

For cored wire size 6mm to 16 mm in dia.

For solid wire size up to 16 mm in dia.

Injection speed 30 - 300 M/min adjustable by variable D.C Drive.

Velocity control: -1 mtr. /min step

Can be used to feed wires simultaneously or sequentially at set speed.

Fully automatic with PLC Control.

No. of pinch Rolls:- 3 Nos. per strand.
