Benzoyl Peroxide
This product is white crystal with a bit smell. It can decomposed at 103 ¨C106¡æ, slightly dissolved in water, a bit dissolved in alcohol, and dissolved in ether, acetone, chloroform and benzene. This product is Class 1 organic oxidant, and can explode itself if heated, shocked or rubbed. Its oxidation has bleaching and sterilizing function.
Usage and Functional Principle: 1£® The initiator of macromolecular monomer such as foamable polystyrene; 2£® Used as curing agent of unsaturated resin; 3£® Used as vulcanized agent for dimethyl silicon rubber and fluorine rubber; 4£® Use for fat refining, flour bleaching and fiber decoloring; 5£® Used as materials of external use medicine to treat skin diseases; 6£® Used in chemical analysis.
