We are a USA company based in Houston, Texas which is very experienced and financially capable. We distribute crude oil and refined petroleum products worldwide. We have recently completed a purchase of D2 and have a new requirement to purchase additional D2 for our own account as Buyer for our stock outside of USA:

D2 Diesel Fuel Lot 1: 50,000 MT per month (+/- 5%), for 12 months plus rolls and extensions. Vessel size can be up to 50,000MT each. Option by Buyer to increase quantity to up to 500,000 metric tons, such option to be exercised during the 12 month term. Initial shipment of one month to verify logistics and if all is satisfactory to us, contract will continue. Vessel size can be up to 50,000MT each.

D2 Diesel Fuel Lot 2: 500,000 MT per month (+/- 5%), for 12 months plus rolls and extensions. Initial shipment of one month to verify logistics and if all is satisfactory to us, contract will continue. Sulphur content mg/kg Max 50.0. Vessel size not limited since ports can accept any size products tanker.

We prefer an offer covering both Lots.

We require D2 standard specs (L-0.2-62 GOST 305-82 specifications or equivalent), except Cetane number 47 minimum; and Flash Point 66 degC minimum.

We will pay by LC from top bank. We are looking for competitive fixed price, not Platts-based. Terms: CIF ASWP.

2% PB to be received from seller. We are ready to move quickly.

Please reply by sending soft offer or preferably FCO addressed to us. Please indicate your best fixed asking price (fixed price not Platts-based) , specifications, and other terms you are proposing.

It will be necessary to show POP early in the process to ensure that the diesel fuel will be available on schedule. It's obviously quite important that the product can actually be delivered on time.

We will evaluate all bona fide offers. However, to be considered, offers must contain the specificationsand terms noted above and be on a competitive fixed price basis.
