Our Cinnamon is grown in our own plantations located in the Cinnamon belt of Southern Sri Lanka , harvested, and then taken to a central processing unit where they are cleaned, dried and packed to meet international food laws and standards prior to export.
The oils are extracted by steam distillation of the by products from the above process, such as chips,quillings etc.
