ECONOMIC LONG LIFESPAN STERILIZATION IN REQUESTED SIZE AND CAPACITY
ETO C 1445 under microprocessor technology uses ethylene oxide sterilization technique of film heating, cool and dry system.
ETO C 1445 ethylene oxide sterilization device is programmed as ready to use at any moment between 35-57 ◦ C with a fixed and adjustable feature. As all operational mode of the device programmed to economic mode, during the economic operational period between 4.5 -9 hours of the device, the system perceives automatically the values of pressure, gas, humidity, air washing and without the need for an outside intervention and it maintains the sterilization phases (vacuum-heating-humidification-sterilization-ventilation).
Micro processor & PLC technique are used in ETO C 1445 and there is no key pad. All sterilization phases in ETO C 1445 with push buttons and a digital control panel can be observed from screen touch graphically and can also be read on the screen as alpha numerical such as sterilization start / finish – periods - heat - pressure - humidity values, number of sterilization, these values at the end of sterilization can be recorded after the printout.
All sterilization boilers, cover equipment and outer components are 316L type of stainless steel.
ETO C 1445 is resistant to operational pressure of 5.5 Bar and – 0.8 mBar. Sterilization cabin and its cover were put into test at 6 Atu..
