Extremely Bright TAG Phosphor, Dott Technology ( www.dott.may.to )

TAG phosphor ( with Tb₃Al₅O₁₂ as host ) was known as a yellow emitting phosphor to combine with blue LED to emit white light.  Brightness is important for TAG to be used as a white LED phosphor.   Pre-treatment of raw material, proportion of various crystalline phase, fast heating, quench, additives and use of K-N Junction to choose efficient multi-activators are key points to improve the brightness of TAG.  Based on years of experience and a glance at the deep inside of the Tb compound, Dott Technology successfully enhance the emission brightness of TAG to 120% of YAG ( Y₃Al₅O₁₂ ).
