Gas generator,Producer gas,Coal gasifier
coal gasifier is composed of stoker, pyrolysis section,body and ash removal device.
1.The stoker is of three oil cylinders with hydraulic drive and has a stoking mode composed of up roller, middle flashboard and down bell jar.by which gas leakage is efficiently prevented and working environment can be improved.
2. Pyrolysis section is lined by laying firebrick. Such structure is designed through strict calculation of heat transfer and heat interchange and can increase efficiency of heat transfer. Volatile compound can be separated out when carbon is efficiently dried and carbonized in this section. In this case, gas calorific value can be increased and it is good for gasification of down stage gas.
Body is composed of gasification section, water jacket, fire grate, underpan device, air inlet tank, etc.
Water jacket absorbs the heat relieved in oxidation reaction and produces steam of low pressure for supplementing gasification steam, thus external steam consumption can be reduced. The materials for inside ring plate of the water jacket is 20g and for outside one is Q235-A, which can guarantee the safety of gas station. The water jacket is connected with vapor drum and natural softened water circulation system is formed. Softened water first enters into the vapor drum and then comes down to the water jacket, which produces steam when heated. The steam mixes with water, ascends to the vapor drum through ascending pipe and then steam is separated out by separating device and used as gasifying agent.
Underpan device includes ratchet wheel and ash tray. Rolling steel ball is fit beneath the ash tray, the grate rotates too as the ash tray rotates and the slag falls in the ash tray, which is sent out by a special big tool. In the middle, air inlet tank and the lower water seal ring of ash tray form water seal.
Slag collector is of ratchet wheel and detent structure with hydraulic drive. At hydraulic station, hydraulic oil cylinder is made to reciprocate, which makes ash tray move forward step by step to achieve its purpose of ash removal. Ash removal rate can be stepless speed change by adjusting one-way throttle.
