We are non-NHI or Pyrotec even though we are located in the United States.  All documents are required for payment. AQSIQ information will be given with shipping documents.

Spot orders are not only welcomed but strongly encouraged.

We do not accept revolving Letters of Credit LC.  The total value of all goods under contract may not exceed the face value of the LC.

Example:  You want 30,000/MT/month/12 months. And the  selling price is $210 and you open an LC for $6,300,000, you will get a one month contract.  If you open an LC for $76,600,000, you will get a one year contract.  If you open an LC for $18,900,000, your contract will be for three months.

Exception: You can, however, secure longer contracts with revolving LCs if you pay a cash deposit of 10% of total contract value upon execution of the agreement.  This offsets the out-of-pocket expenses we pay to reserve the vessels.  Such contracts also receive a 10% price discount on remaining balance covered by the LC.

We issue a 2% non-operative Performance Bond PB upon execution of the contract.  The receipt of the LC by our bank activates the PB in the form of a Stand-by Letter of Credit SBLC naming the buyer as beneficiary.

Brokers may keep 100% of overprice as commission.  We do not, however, issue exajerated PB's against large mark-ups.

Country of Origin: Central Europe or North Africa.

Buyer, or buyers representative, may attend loading at port.  Site visits are difficult to arrange and only allowed after LC is opened.  In most cases your goods could have already been in the destination port before we can get you on the yard.

Please send LOI Letter of Intent with autorisation of Soft Probe Bank Confirming Letter not necessary to receive FCO Full Corporate Offer.  Our terms and procedures are the same for every buyer.  In order to receive a Draft Contract, please specify the dollar amount of the LC you will be opening.

The only thing in it that will ever change in the contract are the buyer's information and quantities.  Our contract is not a document open for negotiation.  Please do not suggest text revisions as they cannot be considered.
