Humidity sensor
1. Reliability
5.1 Heat resistance: <2 %RH (1000 hours at 90¢J, less than 30 %RH)
5.2 Cool resistance: <2 %RH (1000 Hours at -60¢J, less than 70 %RH)
5.3 Humidity resistance: <2 %RH (1000 hours at 40¢J, 90 %RH)
5.4 Temperature cycle: <2 %RH
(300 cycle: 30 minutes at -30¢J, 30 minutes at 90¢J)

4. Precautions
a. Do not input DC voltage directly to humidity sensor.
b. Keep the sensor from dewfall and drenching.
c. Avoid operating in salts, inorganic gases (SOx, NOx, chlorides, ammonia etc), organic gases (alcohols, ketones, aldehydes etc) environmental ambient.
d. Storage: 10~40 (¢J); less than 90 %RH.
