Luo Han Guo Mogroside

Our PureLo Brand product is a natural, very sweet (300  times sweeter than cane sugar), non caloric, powdered concentrate that is clarified from fresh Luo Han Guo fruit. BioVittoria owns the only commercial plant variety rights that produce the industry`s highest Mogroside content fruit. The active components are triterpene glucosides called mogrosides.  Mogrosides are clarified from Luo Han Guo fruit using a proprietary patented process. This process yields a fine powder that has greater than 80% total glucoside content with a mogroside V (the sweetest .of the mogrosides) greater than 30%.

The PureLo brand of Luo Han Guo Mogroside is considered completely safe for human use and is a U.S. GRAS approved food ingredient. The concentrates of this Chinese fruit have been safely used in Guangxi Province, the only region in the world where it grows, in excess of 300 years.

PureLo is very soluble in water and ethanol, non-fermentable, resistant to bacterial and fungal spoilage, and does not decompose under continuous heating at 120 C for 12 hours. PureLo can be stored for long periods of time without taste, smell, or appearance changes.

PureLo is manufactured strictly under the GMP and ISO 9001 standards. The product also meets the Kosher requirements. All our materials were independently tested and approved.
