PD-Trak
PD-Trak is a low cost NPD project/process management system or product life cycle management system that is based on a configurable stage/phase-gate process with portfolio management and pipeline management capabilities to manage a portfolio of projects. PD-Trak supports multiple configurable processes (stages/phases, tasks, & deliverables), includes a pre-defined NPD stage/phase-gate process and set of templates based on best practices, provides tools to easily develop & maintain project budgets, schedules and business case, tools for risk management planning, integration with MS Project, action item tracking and reporting, project document templates and repository, design for Six Sigma (DFSS) tools including QFD, target costing, DFM/A checklists and guidelines, FMEA, and control plans, product bill of material and supplier planning, project performance reporting, master project schedule for tracking and monitoring projects, supports portfolio management based on scoring method or development productivity index, multi-project resource planning and modeling to support pipeline management
