Payment : Irrevocable, confirmed, non transferable and revolving documentary letter of credit (RDLC) confirmed by a top 25 world prime bank or acceptable by seller’s base on the shipment

Discount : Gross USD 5 / barrel, Net USD 3 / barrel to the buyer

Commissions    : USD 2 / barrel divided

     Seller side USD 1 / barrel

Buyer side USD 1 / barrel

Delivery schedule   : First delivery within 30-45 days upon receipt letter of credit and

      confirmed, the delivery quantity shall be subject to the

discharge port conditions

Performance Bond   : Seller issue performance bond 2% of each shipment month value

Inspection    : SGS in loading port at sellers expanses

   Procedures :

1 Buyer issue ICPO with full banking details to the seller

2 Seller issue letter of readiness (LOR) and contract send to the buyer by fax or email

3 Buyer and seller sign. Contract and copies lodged with respective banks

4 Buyer issue BCL

5 Seller issue POP exchange via swift by bank to bank and per email toBuyer

5 Seller bank issue no-operative 2% Performance Bond

6 Buyer bank shall issue RDLC to the seller bank

7 Buyers RDLC activate the 2% PB

8 Delivery and payment commences as per contract
