Features: 

1) Walls and doors are of double paneled construction, 60mm thick with insulations

    (rock-wool or polystyrene). Plastic film for shipping protection

2) Air handling plants pre-assembled, may be fitted to any desired side around the

    booth. Windows and lights made with tempered safety glass

3) Lighting units each with four 36W tubes inclined in ceiling or in wall panels

    for shadow-free illumination (more side wall lights optional)

4) Four kinds of filters provide a scrupulously clean environment. Finely

    manufactured from " Filtrair" Holland

    a) Prefilter located on supply end of air make-up unit

    b) Main ceiling filter: CC600G fine filters, located inside the cabin in the ceiling

    c) Floor filter: glass fiber paint-stop filters, located under the gratings

    d) Extract filter: glass fiber paint stop filters, located inside the extract box

5) Heating:

    a) High efficiency stainless indirect heat exchanger can be fired by either oil,

        natural gas or propane gas

    b) 85-90% of cabin air is recycled during bake cycle through pneumatic 

        by-pass damper, heat rise up to 80 degrees

    c) Temperature is controlled by a Variable Electronic Controller, which digitally

        displays both pre-set and actual temperatures

6) Control panel: designed according to CE and ETL standard, all components 

      are from world famous manufacturers
