TY Series Turbine Oil Purifier

¡¡TY series purifier solely designed for turbine oil, which adopts a new aggregation and separation technology, is a first Chinese made product aiming at turbine oil's nature of high water content, emulsification, easily emulsifiable, and high impurity content. The product is mainly applied to treatment of turbine oil, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurity in oil, bringing oil back to the specifications of new oil to ensure the a correct running of the unit's regulating and lubricating system, as well as to extend the life time of the unit.

As a result of utilization of the internationally advanced principle of fortified hydrophilic and dehydration, which integrates demulsification, dehydration and precision purification, the product has the capability of on-line break of emulsion, removal of water, acid and impurity which can recover the emulsified turbid turbine oil to limpid and clear oil.

The product is suitable for application to dehydration purification treatment in more depth to turbine oil, hydraulic oil, refrigerating oil, as well as rest of lubricating oil requiring removal of mass water or precision removal of impurity.
