* The front & back angle were grinded by one machine. Especially are several machine tools can be operated simultaneously by one person¡£ They are suitable for batch production. There are artificial procedure and automatic process. It¡¯s convenient for us to adjust the knife.

We can choose tooth forms from intelligence and ability interface. And there are 16 kinds of tooth forms for us to choose. We can immediately adjust to use (Flat tooth, LR, L bevel, R bevel, LRF, RLF, Trapezoidal tooth, H L tooth, LLLR, RRRL, LRLRF, RLRLF, Triangular tooth, LFRF, LLLRF, RRRLF).The seldom forms of tooth: such as left right flat and empty we make it as a unit, and we can combine it discretionarily, and each team could contain the teeth number amount to 20.

*LRLRF could take shape once, also the HL tooth; the trapezoidal flat tooth should take shape two times.

*The speed of the grinding head¡¯s running track begins to quickly descend, but when it is closing to the knife head which automatically turn to slow.  And we can adjust the distance of the slow speed, the lowest point and the speed of the slide board. The most quickly speed of grinding is 20 teeth/min.

* The grinding head, Sliding platform (slide board), Rotary angle (left right tooth), Separated tooth (setting tooth), Tightening of work piece, etc. Those have the dustproof and waterproofing equipment, and out side point to lubricate oil. The rotary angle oil pump, the separated tooth oil pump and the oil pump of grinding head has quickly and slowly amortize system; this could control the speed of the machine, insuring the Hydraulic Pressure System running steadily. The PLC output adopts the band two protection designs and the output point has a long life-span.
