R-381-m series consist of two components of epoxy resin, curing agent and filler etc. R-381-1 is a curing type product for heating up, R-381-3 is a curing type product at normal temperature, R-381-1, R-318-3 and R-381-6 have excellent fire resistance property. Their heat resisting classification is class B(130 ¡ã C). They have gained UL certification(E229550) and UL insulation system(E242776).
R-381 resins have excellent processing and insulation property, low shrinkage. Appearance of condensate is bright. It is used for cast of motor coils and embedding of electronic components. For example, small transformer and coils of instrument transformer cast, ignition coils embedding of autocycle and auto etc. Inflaming retardant type of products are used for occasions that require fire resistance or forbid fire.
R-381 resins are black or white, or other colors as customer request.
