E-glass is the high-quality basis of our needled mat products. E-glass stands out by high thermal stability and excellent electrical insulation properties. As glass fiber with a diameter of more than 9 micron may cause skin irritations, we uses E-glass fiber with diameters of 6 or 9micron only. Our needled mats are made from filament yarns or texturized and twisted yarns. The texturing considerably improves the insulation properties of the finished products.
Yu Dee's needled mat can resist to continuous temperature of up to1200 ¡ãF and has good insulating properties against heat and cold, high tensile strength , non-flammable , and sound-absorbing. It contains no binders, non-combustible, Flame Spread = 0 , Smoke Developed = 0, and has excellent thermal K at elevated temperatures, is non toxic.
