Ceramic tiles in our portfolio are produced with the world’s most advanced technology with the assembly of machinery from Sacmi of Italy. Ceramic production facilities are located in Soke, the Aegean region of Turkey. The production plant consists of 35,000 sqm. covered area, situated on an area of 125,000 sqm. This state of the art plant is fully computerized and uses a totally automated production process. The company produces ceramic and granite wall and floor tiles and has an annual production capacity of 3,500,000 sqm. 80 percent of the annual production has been exported mainly to United States of America, Canada and Israel.
Production
The ceramic wall tile production meets the EN 159 standards, the dimensions are 20x20 cms., 20x 25 cms. and 25x33 cms. All wall tiles are produced using double fast firing technique “Bicottura” which enables the production of high quality and unlimited designs.
The ceramic floor tile production meets the EN 159 standards, the dimensions are 20x20 cms., 33x33 cms. and 40x40 cms. The floor tiles are suitable for outdoor conditions, using “Monocottura” technology makes them more resistant to wear and frost. The process control unit takes sample tests in every phase of production.
The granite floor tile production meets the EN 176 standards. The available dimensions are 20x20cms., 33x33cms. and 40x40 cms. Granite tiles have a very high firing temperature, which makes it stronger, dense, and a high resistance to frost, abrasion and lower water absorption. Having a homogeneous structure makes it certain for these products to survive all conditions.
