Maple Lactone FCC , alse called Methyl Cyclopentenolone(MCP)

 

They are white crystal power, nut-like odor, dissolved in water, ethanol, glycerin, propylene glycol and chloroform, sublimate easily and get in touch with alkali liquid and iron will change color. 

These products are kind of wide table perfume and sweet taste synergist, can also be regarded as and decorated pharmaceutical and moderator. While using the flavoring essence, tobacco, baking food, ice cream, beverage, flavoring agent, cake, cosmetics and fruit and nut, can also be used for modulating the essence of the special use, for instance many kinds of essence such as coffee, maple sugar, chocolate, nut. When being used in the food, can make the food obtain the fairly good flavor. While applying to the tobacco, can improve perfume and mouthfeel of the tobacco, improve its grade and finished quality.
