Our factory----Shandong Kaitai Metal Abrasives Co., Ltd. is the largest metal abrasive manufacture in China. She established a close relationship with College of Material Science & Engineering, Shandong University. Directed by the experts and professors, our factory developed 3 series, 50 kinds of metal abrasive products. Our factory has the advanced manufacturing equipments such as 10T electric arc furnace and induction furnace, centrifugal atomizing machine. We produce high strength, long lasting cast steel shot and grit through double quenching and tempering. We have a complete line of product quality monitor methods, such as US ERVIN testing machine to test the product fatigue life, and German SPECTROSPECTRAL analyzer to test the product ingredient. The products meet the SAE standard. And we are ISO9001-2000 authorized and or products export to 16 countries.
